 In January 2020, the remaining assets of Portadrill have been acquired by Portadrill Midwest LLC.  Portadrill is a wholly owned entity of Gingerich Well & Pump Service LLC. It is our intent to work to be able provide Portadrill owners with parts and support to continue to maintain their drilling rigs. The assets include casting patterns, prints, and vendor and customer lists. 

While Gingerich Well has a considerable amount experience with 524s and TKTs, we are still learning the details of the remaining models. Please direct your questions to us as your needs arise. We will do our best to accommodate wherever we can. Please be patient as we work to organize our remaining inventory and install systems to be able to better accommodate your needs.

Portadrill History

 

The first Portadrill was manufactured in 1945. Production continued through 1983 and included several variations and improvements. Portadrills are portable rotary drilling machines designed for drilling water wells, shallow oil and gas wells, mineral exploration holes, mine and quarry blast holes, and seismic shot holes.  Many Portadrills around the globe are still used today by loyal customers. It is our pleasure to provide parts necessary to maintain these versatile machines.  

Our business is helping people gain access to those vital-to-life natural resources, which are beneath the earth's surface. We are committed to providing prompt, effective repair advice and replacement parts specifically for Portadrill machines.  Many of our parts can also be used in other applications (bearings, cables, chains, gaskets, hoses, pipes, timers)
